Refund policy

Due to the nature of international shipping and hygiene-sensitive beauty products,
we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns or refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
• The item arrived damaged
• The item received is incorrect
• The item is defective upon arrival

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
with clear photos and order details.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are unable to accept returns for:
• Opened or used products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Orders delayed due to customs or carrier issues

Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness for both our customers and our brand.
